We have walkers!

Everyone in our center is now officially on the move! Over the past few weeks, Addison and Landon have been trying to perfect walking and have become quite good at it. And our youngest, Mitchell, has figured out that he can crawl when he really wants to! Needless to say, we have a very busy house!! If you stop by, you might have to keep your eyes on the floor because they love to walk/crawl up to everyone! =)

64 degrees in February?!!!

Yes, you read correctly! It is 64 degrees today in Ames, IA! We couldn't pass up the beautiful day so we packed everything up and had a picnic lunch and playtime at the park! It looks cooler in the pictures than it felt. The kids just loved being outside and are all currently worn out and all sleeping for a little later nap time!!

Balloons, Treats, & Lots of Fun

Everyone had a great time celebrating Valentine's Day! The children decorated boxes to house all of their valentine's that they received (and the babies had sacks made for them). We decorated with streamers and balloons and the kids wanted to play with the balloons all day! They are the cheapest entertainment around! =) They couldn't even hold still for a picture because they wanted to be playing with their balloons.

For snack we had festive treats of heart cookies, pink rice krispie treats, strawberries with pink fruit dip, and strawberry milk!

Valentine's Date Night

We are having a Date Night THIS Saturday from 5pm - 10pm!!!

It is $25 for one child with a $10 discount per sibling.

We will provide dinner, a snack, and fun!! Please let us know if your child(ren) would like to attend!!

Baby Max!

We were fortunate to have a very young addition to our center last week! Max joined us for a few days, and the kids just LOVED him (as did we). It was fun to cuddle such a young baby again. We are glad we got to help out before his transition to his full-time daycare! We wish him and his parents all the best!!

Happy Birthday Wesley!

We got to celebrate Wesley's birthday with him last week!! He had been anticipating his day for a long time! And he was thrilled to blow out his own candle!
