Chalking fun!!

We turned a cheap, old table into a fun, exciting chalkboard!! Thanks to chalkboard paint, the kids were able to chalk inside! They loved it!!

Time for Date Night Again!!!

Our next Date Night is Saturday, July 24th from 5-10pm!!!
Let us know if you are interested in bringing your child(ren)! It is only $25 (for 1 child) for an evening out!!

We are also excited to announce that we will be open during Iowa State home football games!!! Parents wont want to miss out on receiving quality child care so they can enjoy the game!!! Our actual hours will be announced as we find out game times, but we plan to be open an hour or 2 before the game and then close an hour after the game ends. Feel free to pass along this info!!

Our 1st Annual BBQ!!!

Last Saturday we had our 1st family BBQ! We had a great time. Thanks to everyone who could make it! The food was delicious and everyone get to get to know the other families a little better! I didn't take a lot of pictures of the event, but here are a few!

On the days that we have a smaller number of children, we get to take advantage of Brookside Park's toddler wading pool!! The children just LOVE it. It is the perfect amount of water for them to play in and not feel overwhelmed.

Summertime!!

Summer is officially here! The children enjoyed talking about summer last week and doing FUN summer activities with Miss Sarah and our sub, Miss Annette. The children made ice cream, painted rocks they found outside, made wands for a parade, and went to the wading pool!!! Very fun summer activities!! 

This week's theme is 4th of July!! We are talking about America's birthday, fireworks, the US flag, parades, and BBQs! The next 2 weeks will be a huge hit with the children as we learn about dinosaurs!!!!
